Born in Belgium, I have been living in Costa Rica for 10 years. I moved with my wife to Costa Rica in 2011 to build our hotel which we managed together for 9 years until we sold it in 2020. Over the past few years, I have also had the opportunity to complete several personal real estate projects. Furthermore, in Belgium, I worked for more than 10 years as a Manager Accountant in the financial departments of international companies, so numbers are also my business.

My professional and personal experiences in Costa Rica have given me an excellent knowledge of the hotel business in this country, the real estate market in and around Tamarindo and the process of buying and selling real estate.
